Mortons Bistro Terms & Conditions of booking
1 All bookings require card details to confirm the reservation.
We are a small independent restaurant and rely on reservations being honoured. We kindly ask that should you need to make any amendments to your reservation, you do so as soon as possible. You can call the bistro on 01455 558772, use the cancellation link in your confirmation email, email our reservations team at info@mortonsbistro.co.uk or DM our Instagram @mortonsbistro.
In the event that the booking is not honoured or is cancelled with less than 24hrs notice, a fee of £15pp will be charged to the card. Please note that special terms & conditions may apply for key seasonal dates. The cancellation fee reflects the cost incurred by Mortons in terms of staffing, food and any lost revenue as a result of turning away other potential bookings. We will notify you if a cancellation fee is applied.
2 If you’re running late
We offer a grace period of 15 minutes on all bookings before releasing them. If you arrive at the restaurant more than 15 minutes later than your reservation time, we cannot guarantee to honour you reservation – although we will always do our best. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please call the restaurant on 01455 558772 and speak to a member of staff.
3 Table duration
For bookings for 4 guests and under, we ask that your table is returned to us within 1 hour 45 minutes of your booking time. For bookings of 5 guests and above we ask that your table is returned to us within 2 hours of your booking time.
4 Special dietary requirements
Our serving team will always to their best to enquire whether anyone in your party has special dietary requirements, however, please be sure to let your server know if anyone in your party has allergies or other special dietary requirements. Please make us aware of any special requirements you may have in the notes section when booking, along with any allergies or dietary requirements in your party and we will do our absolute best to accommodate.
5 Published menu
We do our best to offer the full published menu. However, it must be appreciated from time-to-time certain items on the menu will not be available for one reason or another. We retain the right to change the menu under such circumstances as the head chef sees fit.
6 Other items
We are a card only venue. We are unable to accept cash payments. By making a reservation at Mortons Bistro you agree to abide by these terms & conditions. We look forward to welcoming you to Mortons.
